With a background in strategy, organization development and sustainability, Elizabeth is a leadership coach who balances calm and grit.

Working with individuals spanning the C-suite to the front lines, Elizabeth facilitates wholistic organizational transformations and team journeys. With McKinsey/Aberkyn and directly for private, public and non-profit organizations across many industries, Elizabeth has built high performance cultures, led large-scale agile transformations, facilitated executive teams, and coached individual leaders. A lifelong artist, Elizabeth enjoys bringing the right and left brain together with the human spirit. She creates spaces for individuals and teams to explore common language and communicate at deeper levels to achieve desired results.

Elizabeth combines strategic experience with human centered approaches to transformation allowing a seamless melding of coaching both different ways of “doing” and “being” to help clients achieve happiness, purposeful fulfillment and results. In all her work with clients, Elizabeth coaches leaders and teams to embrace their own personal power in achieving meaningful shifts. It is her belief that personal transformation seeds organizational transformation.

Elizabeth leads retreats that integrate nature, mindfulness and creativity. Elizabeth has also focused extensively in the last few years on organizational agility, helping leaders learn how to both lead with inner agility and awareness AND transform their organizations to unleash human potential and joy, with collaboration and experimentation along the way.

Recent work includes:

  • Top team alignment journeys (multi day group workshops) in nature-based ranch settings for the top teams of a foundation, an outdoor gear company, and a healthcare company.

  • Agile transformation nature workshop series for the top 50 leaders of a consumer packaged goods company.

  • Virtual personal insights mindsets and behaviors workshops for 300 executives in a global pharmaceuticals company, aligning leadership with the company’s organizational agility goals and transformation.

  • Personal leadership transformation program for 10,000 leaders in a 50,000 employee professional services firm.

  • Program to activate a network of change champions within a large insurance organization 

  • 1-1 Executive and life coaching with individuals seeking deeper connection with their values, and personal satisfaction with life and career.

Elizabeth, her husband, and their two sons live in Petaluma, California, her hometown and the “chicken capital of the world”. As a family, they enjoy nature, sports and gardening on land that has been in Elizabeth’s family for over 100 years.
